Ritus Per Diem is a fashion house based in Los Angeles. Our mailing address is 2415 W 6th St, Los Angeles, CA 90057. This page explains what we collect when you join our list or visit this site. Questions: [email protected].

What we collect

• Your email address, when you enter it to join the list.
• The channel tag in the link that brought you here (for example ig for Instagram), the page you joined on, and the date and time.
• Standard server records kept by our host, Cloudflare, such as IP address and browser type.

We use Umami, a privacy-friendly analytics tool, to count visits and see which channels bring them. It does not use cookies and does not build profiles of visitors.

How we use it

• To send you updates about the house and our Kickstarter, about twice a month, plus launch notices.
• To reply when you write to us.
• To learn which channels bring people to the house, so we can focus our effort.

We do not sell or rent your email address.

Where it is stored

Signups are saved in a private Google Sheet and welcome emails are sent through Google, both in the United States. Our site is served by Cloudflare.

What your browser stores

Your browser keeps the channel tag from your link for up to 30 days, so we can credit the right channel if you join later. If a signup fails to send, your browser also keeps it briefly to try again. We do not use cookies for tracking.

Your choices

Every email we send can be answered with the word unsubscribe, and we will remove you. You can also write to [email protected] to see, correct, or delete your information. We will reply within 30 days.

Children

This site is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their information.

Changes

If this page changes, the date above changes with it.
